March 04, 2010 – Emancipet is a dynamic, growing animal welfare organization that provides services to reduce the homeless and unwanted pet population, primarily through high quality spay/neuter programs.  Emancipet envisions a world where no cat or dog is ever killed or suffers just for being unwanted.
