Wellness Clinics
Emancipet offers low cost, walk-in wellness clinics for dogs and cats. This service grew out of an obvious need in the community for more affordable basic services such as vaccines and preventative medicine. One of the leading reasons people cite for giving up their pets to shelters is their inability to afford veterinary care. We believe that by providing just basic services at a reduced rate, we are helping people keep their pets in their homes through tough economic times. We encourage all our clients to establish a relationship with a veterinarian at a full service clinic, because our services cannot and should not take the place of an annual comprehensive veterinary exam and screenings for health problems. The services we provide are limited to basic vaccines, flea and heartworm prevention, testing for heartworm and some other common diseases, and de-worming of puppies and kittens. Please note: we must see your pet once every 12 months in order to dispense medication.
LOW COST WELLNESS SERVICES AUSTIN: Our wellness clinic is open at our East Austin Clinic Monday through Friday from 10 am – 6 pm and Saturday from 9 am- 4 pm. For information about these clinics, including pricing, click here.
LOW COST WELLNESS SERVICES PFLUGERVILLE: Our wellness clinic is open at our Pflugerville Clinic on Thursdays & Fridays from 10 am – 6 pm. The address is 15803 Windermere Dr. #205A
FREE WELLNESS SERVICES: We also offer some wellness services free of charge to low-income Austin residents, thanks to our partnership with the City of Austin. For information about our free wellness services, click here.
WELLNESS SERVICES WITH SURGERY: All patients at our spay/neuter clinic are also offered the full list of low cost wellness services, so they can get their vaccines and a year’s worth of preventative medicine, all at the same time. For information about our low-cost spay/neuter services, click here.

REMEMBER: We are committed to making your trip to our wellness clinics as quick and easy as possible. No appointment is required for our wellness clinics, patients are seen on a first come, first served basis. There is a $5 office visit fee for each wellness clinic visit.
