Free Day: VOUCHER Event for Future Spay/Neuter Appointments – Dove Springs Recreation Center

Effective January 1, 2022 until further notice, we will not be able to provide onsite spay/neuter surgery at our Free Day Mobile clinics.
If you are a resident of the City of Austin or Travis County who needs free spay/services for your cat or dog, please come to one of our Free Day Mobile clinics between 9am – 4pm to receive voucher for a free spay/neuter at either our East Austin, Central Austin or Pflugerville location. You do not need to bring your pet to receive a voucher and please do not arrive before 9am – there will not be anyone on site.
We will continue to provide healthy pet services at our Free Day Mobile clinics. Please arrive at the Mobile clinic between 10 am and 4 pm to receive healthy pet services. If you arrive for healthy pet services earlier, you will be asked to leave and return again after 10 am. This helps ensure we can serve our clients and patients as efficiently as possible.
Our mission is to make veterinary care affordable and accessible to everyone, and are proud of our long partnership with the City of Austin and Travis County to provide free veterinary services to pet owners in need. The aftermath of the pandemic has created some challenges that have impacted our Mobile program the most. Please know that we are striving to return to providing full surgery and healthy pet services at our Free Day locations and Regional locations as soon as possible.
