Emancipet manages an expanding national network of high-quality, low-cost clinics; offers customized training and consulting programs to animal welfare organizations nationwide; and advocates for strategies and public policy that improve the lives of pets in underserved communities.

This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) explains what information the Company collects on this Website, how We use your information and the choices you have about the way your information is used.

California Residents

Children Under Thirteen (13) Years of Age

Emancipet is committed to safeguarding our users’ online privacy and recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of personal information, particularly that of children. Emancipet takes all required steps to protect the privacy and safety of children in accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”).

Emancipet does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register as users. In the event that we learn we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will use every reasonable effort to delete that information as quickly as possible. Sale or Merger

This website is operated in the United States. If you are located in the European Union, Canada, or elsewhere outside the United States, please be aware that any information you provide will be collected in or transferred to the United States.
